With interest rates so high these companies are just doing multiple RS's and dilution to grift money off of retail. The stock exchange and the SEC seem to be ok with it and it would appear on some stocks they actually help them with it.

Benjamin’s : And it’s a ATM machine for them and your deposits are not eligible for you to take back…pretty much it’s a donation machine to the company. Well they have an offering coming Friday so don’t hold on to much longer. I sold 1/2 gonna give it another day.
Greener OP Benjamin’s : I expect it from cash strapped companies like muln and mcom but ivp is supposed to be doing better according to their earnings.
