$Blackline Safety Corp (BLN.CA)$ with two strong days in a row.
Pushing 40-50k shares traded (average 10k), upto 4.40 / share.
They just announced some dilution at 4.05 / share after hours. On the positive side, it’s my understanding that the demand for their products is very strong and as such they need additional capital to continue expanding. They intend to be adjusted EBITDA positive by the end of FY2024.
Not a terrible deal and avoid accumulating debt.
Another positive is Daryl Katz subsidiary DAK Capital purchased another 2.5 Million Shares at 4.05.
He’s been adding to the company since 2015. This puts him close to 21M Shares total, owning around 26-28% of the company.
