Hear me out on this:
Wal-Mart just issued a 3-1 stock split; their debt-to-equity ratio is ~70%; and their dividend is $0.57 quarterly ($2.28 annually). They're going to be force into a position to slash their dividend and Doug McMillon CEO Has made multiple sales his shares (about 6 since mid-December) which is a lot for a CEO in such short amount of time!
And not just McMillon but a majority of the Executive VPs and Directors have been selling!! I think WMT is going down hard and it's just a matter of time.
RAStoks_Tradesman : What happens if your holding calls through the split (which happens 2-22-24 is that right?); or likewise, holding puts?
RAStoks_Tradesman : I’ve heard that this is a regular occurrence consistent with their past businesses’s mission policy and philosophy
