Would you rather go all-in on NVDA or spread invest in an ETF?

It performed well on one stock, and profits are approaching $10,000 (after deducting long-term capital gains tax). I bought it at a time of decline, but I think it has entered a stable period.
Currently, we are considering what profits should be diverted to,
1) $NVIDIA(NVDA.US)$ Go all in (bought the first 60 shares last week),
Or 2) I'm considering adding it to FSELX, which I've held for years and have been accumulating little by little.
I'm in my 30s, so I remember what game-changing events and technology felt like. And I'm trying to calm down and think about how to make the most of AI concepts. My dilemma is whether I should bet everything on NVDA, or spread risk across technology funds that invest not only in chips, but in companies involved in the broader industry, such as machines that make chips.
We're interested in what everyone thinks, so please let us know what you think beforehand.
