The most easily understandable statistic in the monthly employment report, the unemployment rate, rose to 4.2% in November.

Without rounding off, it becomes 4.246%, which is very close to the recent highest value of 4.253% recorded in July.

The growth of employment in the establishment survey is good. However, in the household survey, it was shown that the proportion of Americans (including those aged 25 to 54) who were working in November decreased compared to the previous year.

The number of unemployed people also reached 7.14 million5000, approaching the highest value in July of 7.16 million3000.
