$Akanda (AKAN.US)$ wtf does this mean? Akanda Corp. Receives Notice of Non-Compliance from NASDAQ

so to stay compliant the shareholder equity must be exactly 2.5m??? wtf is wrong with higher? so they are showing 3.8m shareholder equity and that is a bad thing???

does that mean they are flush with cash?
