Oppstar, an integrated circuit (IC) design service provider, announced a partnership with Samsung Electronics (Samsung Electronics) to manufacture industrial integrated circuits yesterday $OPPSTAR(0275.MY$ Today, the stock price rose to a five-month high.
When the market was closed at noon today, Oppstar surged 20% to RM1.50, the highest level since the end of November last year.
