YONGTAI lawsuit

Yong Tai Bhd (KL: YONGTAI) will defend against Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd (KL: KERJAYA) lawsuit alleging that Kerjaya Prospek did not pay RM0.10514 billion in contract payments. Yong Tai contested these allegations, claiming that Kerjaya Prospek breached the terms of the contract and claimed that the unpaid amount was close to RM36.4 million. Yong Tai has also denied all charges and may consider a counterclaim.
