Mcsnacks H Tupack 152398576 : It's in their rule book, and unless the company has had a meeting with them discussing compliance plans, then news must be released after a certain gain has occurred. Even if it's just a fluff piece.
Mcsnacks H Tupack Lnova : Yes. It's a general rule. There may be a certain amount of warnings before it happens but I know one company was going back and forth with them last year about it. They said they didn't have any news to release so they were suspended from trading for 2-3 days after they saw a 300% increase.
