You don't have to set goals for the new year
I tend to do things like “make more effort and set even higher goals” in the new year, but I don't really recommend it because it will affirm my own deficiencies
If I live my life as I am, that's enough. But if you don't think you're getting the results you want to get, it might be nice if you can be yourself that makes people around you a little more happy
