When the founder is strong arming other big shareholders to approve his renumeration plan by pressing down on growth, the stock price will be in big trouble. And the smaller fishes would suffer.. looks like this won't go away soon.

Aaron Invests (AI) : Fair point. Still holding the shares. I would actually see in favour of giving his compensation plan. Meanwhile jumping ship to NVDA as there is more certainty.
