YTLP now is at the bottom of PE 8 -9 but Funds still exiting...

YTLP now is at the bottom of PE 8 -9 but Funds still exiting make it look like the previous pattern broke the PE 8. 3.30 could be the support level or not? Need to monitor closely. Still in the Downtrend channel. PMX Budget are without much goodies. KLCI goes nowhere after the budget presentation.
