    I'm not receiving the authentication email when trying to withdraw.
    I was able to withdraw once this month, without changing any settings.
    I have contacted support and they said they are sending it. The mobile company (SoftBank) says there are no issues with the settings, and they say the issue is on the sending side.
    If I sell all my stocks and cancel this, will it be automatically deposited into my registered account?
    I'm worried about being told to withdraw before canceling...
