$Exela Technologies (XELA.US)$ My opinion only I think the downtrend is over been buying and selling this since June, Did the same thing with CEI bought it in August @ 42¢ Caught it at the end of the downtrend got rid of it over 3 bucks. Currently CEI is down trending. XELA Is I personally think is done downtrending. Time to Load up on it.
