I'm seriously bearish on NVDA!
1. In this world, there are several great companies that have become companies with the largest market capitalization at different times, such as Microsoft, Apple, such as Google, such as Walmart, etc.
These companies all have one characteristic in common: their products and services must cover most of the world's people. Hundreds of millions of people use Apple, Google, Microsoft, and they shop at Walmart, but this is clearly not the case with NVDA; its products are only used by very few people. Although it makes a lot of money, it's not a “public type” company.
2. The world has invested a great deal of enthusiasm in generative AI, as if it were the protagonist of the future world, and you can hardly hear negative voices. Unfortunately, I'm sorry to tell you that generative AI must be a huge failure in the history of technology. Because it can't produce definitive, reliable solutions, it's more like an imaginative toy, and its greater meaning is to satisfy people's imagination and curiosity rather than actually being useful.
3. People have a weakness, which often amplifies their feelings, so when the vast majority of stocks are at their peak prices, it is also a time for people to invest the most enthusiasm.
