Firstly, as a personal summary of US stocks in 2024, the first half of the year was dominated by AI and semiconductors, while the latter half was focused on the presidential election. On the other hand, it was quite impressive that the top losses were in SMCI and then COIN.
The AI and semiconductor sectors in the first half of this year were engulfed in considerable excitement, with related companies being widely bought and the entire industry buoyant. Therefore, SOXL temporarily rose to nearly $70, but is currently around $30, sinking into negative territory for the year....
