Don't panic. Trading doesn't always make money or lose money all the time. As long as we manage our positions well and do a bad job in volatile markets, we won't lose a lot.
At the difficult stage, try to protect capital or reduce losses as much as possible.
When the trend is to make consecutive profits, profits will naturally be taken.
The market is not influenced by us. There is very little we can do in the face of the market. Most importantly, we must not panic; it is easy to open positions indiscriminately in a panic.
