I kindly request moomoo to provide more useful rewards for us to redeem using points. Now its all just figurines. There are masks (not needed anymore) and airpods cover(not everyone have airpod).
Just like someone mentioned earlier it will be better if there are more useful things in the rewards than figurines. Currently I have lots of points but not redeeming it because of this reason. Also its been very long since any new reward ...

Each user is limited to redeeming physical commodities twice a year.
This is unreasonable. The points are mine, and I can redeem as many as I want. Doing it like this won't win the hearts of moomoo users.
