Let me first talk about my perspective. I believe that in a few months, I will start shorting the US stocks because the valuation of the US stock market is too high, and the sentiment is very bullish. Of course, these are just subjective views. These are not the reasons for my shorting.
The real reasons for me to short are from the US debt crisis and geopolitical risks, and the Fed printing money. But all of these can now be strategically positioned in the cryptocurrency field. Because the US debt crisis is essentially a Ponzi scheme of issuing new debt to pay off old debt, and the scale of the US debt is so massive that no one is willing to take it on, leading to its collapse.
Geopolitical risks involve the usa continuously providing weapons to Ukraine and other countries. This leads to an increase in safe-haven demand, allowing money to stay in the US dollar.
This will also give the Federal Reserve a reason to print money and claim to rescue the market. The Fed's rate cuts are meant to bring money back into the USA to delay the market collapse.
Another point to add is that Trump must also know that his series of policies will impact the soaring inflation, which is why he keeps advocating for bitcoin as a national strategic reserve.
These points are enough to indicate that there has never been a better time in history to layout cryptocurrency. And bitcoin has been given real value in essence.
