    1. Be Greedy When Others are Fearful
I believe most of the investors heard this famous quote from Warren Buffett before, he said: “Be fearful when others are greedy and Be greedy when others are fearful.” But, how many of us would actually able to execute this? What most of us practice is “Be fearful when others are fearful and be greedy when others are greedy.” And the result is, we are nothing compared to Warren Buffett, which mean his success in stock investing had proven his quote. ...

Semiconductors industry had been a hot pick for the recent year, and among the semiconductor’s counter, I am particularly paying attention to $Broadcom (AVGO.US)$. I will briefly go through why I picked $Broadcom (AVGO.US)$ to be the next counter to hit historical high from the perspective of Microeconomic, Fundamental Analysis and Technical Analysis.

Earnings season is all about financial reports, and I believe most of us here, are not trained properly or professionally to study about financial reports. For myself, a person with science background, my head start to feel dizzy when I look at those figures and financial terms
Luckily, I’ve met two persons, Mr. Fong Siling and Mr. Harry Teo, which helped me on this and now, financial reports are not a stranger to me anymore. I would strongly recommend the series of book written by Mr. Fong Siling (Cold Eyes 冷眼) to all the newbies while for Mr. Harry Teo, his facebook live and contents are easy to follow and I had learnt a lot from both of them.
Alright, as mentioned earlier, currently is the earnings season where most of the companies will release their previous quarter reports to update about their business status....

Growth stocks are those companies that are considered to have the potential to outperform the overall market over time because of their future potential.
Value stocks are classified as companies that are currently trading below what they are really worth and will thus provide a superior return.
The concept of a growth stock versus one that is considered to be undervalued generally comes from the fundamental stock analysis. Growth stocks are considered by analysts to have the potential to outperform either the overall markets or else a specific subsegment of them for a period of time.

I know about Apple since 2010 when Steve Jobs just announced iPhone 4.
Really amazed by its design and specs at that time, retina display, stainless steel frame, first ever chip designed by Apple - the A4 chip.
So, I dumped my Nokia and iPhone 4 became the first Apple product that I've owned.
I have never used other brands since then, because in Apple ecosystem everything is synced. Using 12 mini now and can't live without it, I like it being compact and small in size. Big phones or phablet are too heavy for me.
Last month I finally created my moomoo account to trade US stocks and got a free  ...

I recall getting my first MacBook all the way back in 2009, it was actually part of my school requirement. that was my first exposure to the Macintosh OS and I was captivated, feeling like this is something from the future. I then remember bugging my parents for an iPhone (I was a student back then) and eventually they got me one. My experience was so seamless and eventually over the years I got more apple products like the iPad and the iPod which many younger users here may not have even heard of. Those were the days!
