Done studying the IPO for this company. seems like the company is mainly doing IPO just to use money from the public to pay off it’s debts (as highlighted by others as well). PE in high 10s here, a little expensive in my opinion as I dont see much future growth (current plan is to expand one more factory only? correct me if I’m wrong on this). I personally feel that it is a little expensive and personally will pass on the IPO.
