$Micron Technology (MU.US)$ $Advanced Micro Devices (AMD.US)$

$NVIDIA (NVDA.US)$ $Advanced Micro Devices (AMD.US)$ Considering buying one or both and holding for the long term. Would you buy NVDA today at $240? What about AMD today at $120? Waiting around for them to drop seems like trying to time the market. I will likely buy both, but if you had to choose one of them, which would you choose? Thanks!

$Advanced Micro Devices (AMD.US)$ recently announced the launch date and price for its new Ryzen 7 5800X3D CPU, alongside a half-dozen new processors. The Ryzen 7 5800X3D is a top-end chip, which according to AMD, is now the “world’s best gaming processor”.

In 2022 it seems $Advanced Micro Devices (AMD.US)$ has an abundance of budget GPUs to sell to customers. This is the reason why 970 units of AMD GPUs were sold having an ASP of only 558.67 euros and while $NVIDIA (NVDA.US)$ had sold 860 units but it’s clear that they were costly ones.
So, NVIDIA had an average selling price of as much as 907.91 euros, while it had a 46.99% market share in terms of the number of units sold where AMD won by a slight margin ...

$Advanced Micro Devices (AMD.US)$ is a good buy as it trades higher to $119.67. $Intel (INTC.US)$ priced at $51.83 is also a good investment.
However, for an investor interested in only one of the two stocks, deciding which of the two stocks is the better buy can be a bit "advanced."
Both companies are in the technology sector, which remains very resilient despite market pressures. However, they develop very differently on the market. ...
