Alright Apes, here is my most up to date DD:
1. Sl at about 19%
2. It is now known that the HF are using bonds to short the stock in a tactic called convertible bond arbitrage
3. AMC requested to withdraw its 2026 convertible bond filing (form S-3), in essence, taking away the ability for the HF to endless short AMC. This is pending SEC approval which is automatically approved after 5 days (Monday 7/5) if not objected to by the SEC. this means that 44 million synthetic shares will come off the market immediately, forcing the market makers/clearing houses to scramble for shares since those 44 million shares are most likely being held by apes at this point.
4. This is our 9™ day on the threshold securities list with at a MINIMUM $140,000,000 in FTDS (2.56 million x current price)
5. All FTDS must be purchased by 7/6 (13 consecutive settlement days from 6/25)
6. We have been in a PERFECT bull-flag formation since the run up on 6/2. The wedge is closing and is currently between 52 and 59 with almost perfect consolidation
7. Todays dip down to 52 was a bear trap, and it bounced perfectly off the wedge and went right back up to 54
8. There are nearly 100 million shares shorted right now (that is 5 billion dollars worth). Apes own 80% of the float, and institutions own another 17%. So unless the institutions have lent out literally ALL of their shares, ...
