September 13 it opened at 26.00.
September 12 it closed at 13.00.
September 16 it closed at 6.50.
October 9 it closed at 3.25.
So if they started shorting it on August 14 with borrowed shares then they would have gotten them on August 12 since settlement was August 9. So if they were to cover for them in the 60 day timeframe then they should do that on October 11 before settlement.
