• DeltaKiloLima : you are right. there is still hidden bearish divergence that indicates a continuation to the downtrend. at least 42-44 bucks to prove invalidation of a downtrend. however, I'm definitely looking at 33-35 region as another point of accumulation.

  2. The first indicator of a bearish reversal is when the retracement start to become bigger than then previous swing highs..
  3. what validated number 2 was a regular bearish divergence prior to the dump last night which also came into confluence with number 1
  .

  I shall not gonna go into technical factors pertaining Volatility indicators utilising BB, BBW, and Bbw percentiles and PMARs and PMARPS.
  whatever happened to crypto 7 days ago is happening now to the stock. the only way for my hypothesis to be invalidated is that we pull out of the bear trap and trade above 52.
  which based on percentiles and overall volatility of the current 2-4 hour timeframe, its not achievable tonight, the best scenario we can expect is a consolidation around 46-48 range creating a good foundation for the next possible rally after market the recent market overexpansion to the downside.
  but based on technical factors, bears will very likely takeover the market due to divergence in the RSI and Stochastics.. I strongly believe whatever happened in Crypto will happen to the stocks now.
  a slight correction is always ideal for a marathon run. do u work 3 days with no sleep? there will always be traders like me taking profit at various target prices.
  i am overall macro bullish, we are still trading above 200ema and it is a good sign. however the 21ema cross over to 50ema would be a first sign to flag out to you people that hey, watch out + Bearish Divergence + 30% retracement biggest during this bullrun and bigger than previous swing high and MacD crossing signal lines. if these are not signals screaming in your face. idk what is. good luck

• DeltaKiloLima lucky star-hold : sorry. i havent do a Technical Analysis on how far we can go. but it wont be as easy as it seems, you've seen how strong the rejection at 39-40 was last night? to even hit 20 will take a huge dump from alot of sellers.
  fighting up for the price to go up is hard, pushing it down is easier but still not as easy as u think that it can reach back to $20 region.
  $38 very likely wont happen tonight. it will happen over an extended period of days maybe till next week then u might have a chance to buy at that price.

  3. Retracement larger than swing highs now.
  so you have a bearish divergence indicator which signified a potential trend reversal with a 30% dip in share price to confirmed that bearish divergence trend reversal, furthermore, 21ema has crossed the 50ema signifying another potential bearish momentum to the downside.
  it is very clear, this is the beginning of the down trend, the only way to invalidate this is for LCID to trade above 55. which is very unlikely, those that enter at 38,39,40 will bound to take profits along the way.
  Bears will slowly take over the market. be warned. this is the beginning. area of Value is around $38. it could possibly dip to even $35 in the weeks to come. take care
