101657529 Ng27 OP : Take a past example Sunway construction spinoff /listing during 2015 and price of Sunway at 2015 , it don't affect much of Sunway price that time . Sunway healthcare 16% already on GIC hand then Sunway mostly will give bonus 10:1 to shareholder (previous example listing suncon) and i believe sunway themselves will hold 50% (example thy hold 55% of suncon)  so maybe 20-30% remaining for ipo , that why it wont affect much of the mother share
