$Uber Technologies (UBER.US)$ JPMorgan Chase issued a research report that it maintains Uber (UBER.US)'s "overweight" rating and lowered its target price from US$72 to US$68.
Xiaomo analyst Doug Anmuth believes that as the economy becomes more digitized, Uber's position in 2022 will be stronger than before the outbreak. However, he expects that "more diverse stock performance will continue," and that the company's business is a bigger factor in normalization after the new crown epidemic.
Anmuth predicts that as many companies face tough competition and move towards normalization, the level of growth will decrease. By 2022, investors will generally prefer e-commerce and subscription-based companies to online advertising companies.

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau investigating Affirm and other Buy Now Pay Later companies.
$Affirm Holdings (AFRM.US)$ $PayPal (PYPL.US)$ $Afterpay Ltd. (AFTPF.US)$The whole sector took beating today because the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau announced it is investing the buy now pay later sector, more specially, Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, PayPal and Zip.
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau said Thursday it is opening an inquiry into popular “buy now, pay later” programs.
The financial watchdog said it is particularly concerned about how BNPL impacts consumer debt accumulation, as well as what consumer protection laws apply and how the payment providers harvest data.
“Buy now, pay later is the new version of the old layaway plan, but with modern, faster twists where the consumer gets the product immediately but gets the debt immediately, too,” CFPB Director Rohit Chopra said in a statement.
Are people buying the dip or are you waiting to see what comes from this?

$Tesla (TSLA.US)$ CEO Elon Musk-owned SpaceX has a plan to draw carbon dioxide from the earth’s atmosphere and use it as rocket fuel.
What Happened: Musk tweeted to his 66.3 million followers on Monday about the new program and invited those interested to join the company.
Musk later added that the program would be important for Mars, without revealing more details.
Why It Matters: Billionaire Musk dreams of colonizing Mars and founded SpaceX with the mission to make humanity multiplanetary. He has in the past said he remains “highly confident” that SpaceX would land humans on Mars by 2026.
Musk had in July said SpaceX is developing a fully-reusable Starship that can deliver a payload of around 150 tonnes to low Earth Orbit and about 250 tonnes when expendable.
SpaceX aims for Starship to replace its existing rockets — Falcon 9, Falcon Heavy, and Dragon 2 — and be able to carry much more mass into orbit.
The ambitious transportation system can also carry humanity to the moon, Mars and make interplanetary travel possible.
The Starship system was selected in April to assist NASA with its Artemis moon-landing program.

$Invesco QQQ Trust (QQQ.US)$ $S&P 500 Index (.SPX.US)$ Thoughts?
“Reported inflation is understated. Owners’ Equivalent Rent (OER) relies on owner surveys to estimate inflation in housing costs. This is an extremely imprecise metric. The single family rental market provides more accurate data. OER in today’s reported core CPI was 3.5% YoY.
The largest owners of nationwide single family rentals are reporting 17% YoY rent increases. OER is 30% of the Core CPI calculation and 24% of reported CPI. Using the more empirical measure in the calculation increases today’s Core CPI from 4.9% to 9.0% and CPI from 6.8% to 10.1%
Housing inflation is unlikely to abate based on supply and demand trends. The inflation that households are actually experiencing is raging and well in excess of reported gov’t statistics.”

$Apple (AAPL.US)$ Unless you have been living under a rock you have watched Apples insane run up the past few weeks. In the past month Apple has increased 20.7% with Fridays close.
Apple is sitting on a lot of cash, inflation is here, interest hikes are in the distance, AR and EV rumors have been mentioned, price upgrades have been released, Apples super cycle is clearly underway..
Where does Apple seem to be heading from your experience? Are we in for some more short term upside as the holiday quarter continues into earnings late January? Will Apple lose steam and stabilize a bit lower? Or maybe Apple and the other high fliers in a volatile market will soon catch up to the broader market?
Is 3 trillion coming soon? What do you think?!

$Enphase Energy (ENPH.US)$
Enphase has been on my buy list for a while and when it dipped Monday I picked up a $230 call for January 2023. I’ve been thinking about picking up shares as well but have pretty solid exposure through ETFs. I remain very confident in the name as they continue to grow earnings year over year, in a space that I think is going to continue growing. They are also a number one holding in many green ETFs which goes to show how dominant they are in the space.
