for dividends ppl, they kp n hold long long time and perhaps pass to their nok/use it as a retirement portfolio.
so If u do not have DBS share at all and it's ur first time buying, if u buy too high then just avg down whenever the share price drops by 10% and start building up ur portfolio

if you are able to get more than the inflation rate of 3% then this show you r making your money work hard for urself. usually if you do buy in at appropriate price, you will get at least 6% dividends return.
