$Tesla (TSLA.US)$ jump more than 8% on Monday, following news that the company is considering another stock split.
Its current price doesn't seem very friendly for retail investors to buy. But do you know it is actually much cheaper than two years ago?
In August 2020, the EV company split one share into five shares.
If Musk didn't decide to split the stock, Tesla's stock price would be worth almost $5500 a share now.
Let's assume that the stock split n...

    Business Overview
Nu Holdings, founded in 2013, is a Brazilian digital bank backed by billionaire Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway.
It is seeking a valuation of as much as $50.6 billion in its initial public offering, making it one of Latin America’s biggest companies.
NuBank is one of the world’s largest digital banking platforms (based on number of customers) and the latest of several fast-growing financial services companies - often serving customers overlooked by banks - grabbing investors' attention.
As of September 30, 2021, It had 48.1 million customers, across Brazil, Mexico and Colombia, including approximately 28% of the population of Brazil aged 15 and above.
According to a ranking by CBInsights, Nubank is the 7th most valuable unicorn worldwide, behind fintechs Stripe, Klarna and Revolut.
It is listed in 2021 by TIME as one of the 100 Most Influential Companies in the world and by CNBC as one of the Top 50 Disruptors in the world.
    Financial Performance
In the nine month periods ended September 30, 2021, it reported total revenue of US$1,062.1 million, an increase of 98.7% compared to US$534.6 million for the nine month periods ended September 30, 2020.

$Beyond Meat (BYND.US)$ Wall Street expects Beyond Meat to lose 38 cents per share on revenue of $110.19 million. In contrast, the revenue for the same period last year was 94.44 million U.S. dollars, and the loss per share was 28 cents.
Is it time to buy some Beyond Meat stocks? The plant-based meat giant has lost some vitality in the past six months, falling by about 18%, while the S&P 500 index has risen by nearly 12% during this period.
The stock's decline is the result of a combination of many factors. In addition to concerns about valuations and growing concerns about emerging competitive threats, the company is also dealing with rising wages and supply chain shortages, which affected its once-hot growth rate. But if the company's recent cooperation with McDonald's (MCD) is successful, it may soon be helped.
$Netflix (NFLX.US)$ posted the third quarter results, showing investors the streamer can continue to attract new subscribers.
Earnings per share (EPS): $3.19 vs $2.56 according to Refinitiv survey of analysts
Revenue: $7.48 billion vs $7.48 billion, according to Refinitiv
Global paid net subscriber additions: 4.4 million vs 3.84 million, according to StreetAccount
The company also gave a nod to the top show of the quarter, “Squid Game.” Netflix said the South Korean dystopian series has become its “biggest TV show ever.” The company said 142 million member households globally watched the show in its first four weeks.
The company also pointed to the cultural relevance of the show.
“Like some of our other big hits, Squid Game has also pierced the cultural zeitgeist, spawning a Saturday Night Live skit and memes/clips on TikTok with more than 42 billion views,” the company said.

The best-performing counter in my portfolio is DBS $DBS Group Holdings (D05.SG)$. It crashed like many other stocks did during the coronavirus crash in 2020. The green arrow below indicates my point of entry. As you can see, I did not enter at the lowest point and there were several dips in between but I held on.
Of the three local banks $UOB (U11.SG)$  $OCBC Bank (O39.SG)$ $DBS Group Holdings (D05.SG)$ , DBS has the largest market capitalisation at SGD77.7B as compared to OCBC’s SGD46.8B and UOB’s SGD42.3B. Singapore’s three largest banks are major constituents of Straits Times Index $STI ETF (ES3.SG)$  $Nikko AM STI ETF (G3B.SG)$ and have good track records of dividend payment. The amount of dividends paid was dampened by the dividend cap imposed by MAS in July 2020 to conserve cash flow but the banks still managed to post sterling results; the cap has now been lifted. I’m looking forward to higher dividends in future. One thing I like about DBS is that it pays its dividends quarterly instead of half-yearly like OCBC and UOB.
