if expecting a huge PR like fda or some unexpected news + senario above = at least 0.7-0.9

i cant agreed more short has grabbed as many hard earned money from investors like us , and they are still dominating.
I want emphasise here , if u have limited resources do not fomo chase with news or go aggressively with high short volume especially low float volatile stock....
