Disclaimer: I am a novice, this is my assignment and reasoning training for myself. I am looking for a stock that I believe has institutional investors and observing their way of operation.
These are some insights I have gained from observing this stock for 2 weeks, purely personal opinions from a novice. This is also my first time writing this type of review, so it's "very likely wrong". If you see any mistakes, please point them out, and don't scold me 🙏🏻🫡
When I observed this stock for a period of time (2 weeks), I noticed some interesting operational patterns.
This stock has a market maker, who will set traps on technical indicators.
Targeting bottom-fishing retail investors, as well as T+3 day traders. (If you don't have money, you will definitely need to recognize losses, close your position, and exit).
Every time a buy trade signal appears, it's not that complex, but rather the kind that ordinary people can easily understand as a buy signal. It will have a wave, and then a reversal will occur.
When it reaches high levels, the stock price will consolidate at several price levels with increased trading volume, and the turnover rate will be more than 20% to 30% higher. Afterwards, the volume will decrease (observed on 1-minute to 30-minute candlestick charts).
When the stock price lacks downward momentum and then starts to rise with increased trading volume, distributing stocks to retail investors at high levels. (Seen from the 1-hour and 30-minute candlestick chart).
Novice speculation:
[This is a three-day candlestick pattern, with the basic pattern being a morningstar indicating a bullish trend, foreshadowing a strong reversal at the bottom]
On the first day, a short-bodied red candle with a short shadow
On the second day, the candlestick is a doji, indicating that the closing price is the same or only 1-2 price levels apart, regardless of the high or low close.
On the third day, if the high opening price and closing price are similar to the first day's bearish candle, then morningstar...
