Take a good 15 minutes to monitor the market. Don't all in when the market starts. After 1 2 hours, the market usually stabilises and this is when you can see the gradual trend. Most stocks usually pick up and rise again nearing the closure of the market. Thus, buy in during the middle hours! You are bound to lose some money if you are new. Be diligent and slowly you will learn from your mistakes.
