If you are asking what is left in this shell company now, it is mostly corporate debt that JP Morgan did not buy over when they took over most of FRC's assets and deposits. It is basically just a company with lots of debt and little to no revenue. A bit like a zombie company.

• 101802833 Jeff trader : You seem to be labouring under the delusion that this ticker, FRCB, includes employees of FRC that was taken in by JPM during their acquisition, and that the acquired assets and deposits that JPM acquired is still somehow belonging to FRCB. This cannot be further from the truth. When JPM took over FRC's assets and deposits, they have effectively become JPM's assets. When FRC employees go over to JPM due to the acquisition, they are effectively JPM's employees. Therefore all these assets, employees that JPM paid money for, is accounted for under the JPM ticker, not this FRCB ticker. FRCB has always been, and still is, a shell company comprising of corporate debt and preferred stock that JPM did not buy over.It is comments like these that really tempt me to want to do another FAQ post like I did for FRC in the past to dispel all the delusions and mistruths. If I see the situation calling for it, I will have to do it soon

• 101802833 Jeff trader : It is interesting that you think I am short this counter when it is a well known fact that shorting pink sheet OTC counters like these are much more inconvenient than normal listed counters in the NYSE. For the record, I do not hold any position in this counter, and have only been actively been in this forum correcting any misinformation that people like you may spread about this counter. In any case, I do not much care for what you do with your money, but rather, I care about you purposefully misleading fellow retailers into buying couners that have no credible basis. You may think how you want in terms of whether I am long or short this counter, but I believe my history of commenting on this counter back when it was FRC, and the amount of likes and forwards will speak for themselves

My main purpose always has been, and always is, dispelling misinformation about listed counters being moved to OTC pink sheet so retailers have the best information on hand to make their own decisions on whether to buy or sell such counters. When prices surge like this without any substantial news, and people are asking "what happened", it is my responsibility to inform them that nothing has changed and should not buy unnecessarily.

• 101802833 Jeff trader OP : I have always been advocating avoiding this stock since it was $40 and back when it was still FRC, and I still advocate it now. Buying now is just playing into the hands of the market makers and/or syndicates that are frying this stock up for no reason other than to trick retailers into buying their holdings at artificial prices. To encourage your fellow retailers to buy into this without any credible reason is quite irresponsible.

Which leads me to think you may be part of a syndicate that is intentionally frying up this stock in the hopes of retailers buying in now and hoping for the price to reach to the levels of your drawn green line. To induce buying of this bankrupt stock on the basis of "stock hype" is already irresponsible enough.

• 101802833 : There are multiple to choose from, PACW, WAL, FHN etc. Think its a close contest between PACW and WAL for the race to be the next bank to be bought out/bankrupted, with a slight bias towards PACW on basis of their weaker balance sheet and deposits.

• 101802833 OP 潜力股火热招商中 : I think you are misunderstanding the terms that are being used. The word "option" can refer to either calls or puts. "Option buyers" refer to buyers of call options or put options, while "Option sellers" refer to sellers of call options or put options.
  The scenarios I have laid out in my posts refer to either buyers or sellers of these call or put options before the JPM deal and suspension. Since you have indicated that you have the put option now, this means you are a put option buyer before the suspension. However, when a counter is suspended, options, whether it be puts or calls, are unable to be exercised. Options can only be traded or exercised if the underlying asset, in this case FRC shares, are being traded on the exchange. Therefore, even if you have the intent to exercise your puts, you will not be able to do so as FRC is currently suspended from trading. So even if you technically could have lots of profits from the exercising of your puts, you will be unable to realize these profits as put exercising is not allowed.To your second point, put sellers do not need to buy the stock back at strike price. If FRC is not suspended, the put buyers are the ones to exercise the option to sell the FRC shares at the strike price, which means the put buyers are the ones that are obligated to buy FRC shares to exercise the put. But, since FRC is suspended, and there is no way for these puts to be exercised, the put sellers walk away with the money they got from selling the puts before suspension, while the put buyers who spent money to buy the options end up with nothing as they are unable to exercise or sell the puts back as FRC is suspended, making put sellers the biggest winners, while put buyers the biggest losers. Same applies to call sellers and buyers. Hope this clears things up.

• 101802833 OP 潜力股火热招商中 : I see what you mean, but the rules for options are that they can be exercised by the holders of these options, or traded around by buyers and sellers of these options (be it puts or calls), if the underlying asset is also freely traded on the market. In FRC's case, since FRC shares themselves are suspended, these contracts are considered null and void and cannot be traded or exercised by the option holders. Therefore, the only people who are even walking away with any money in this case, are the call and put sellers who sold these options before the suspension. They are not obligated to return the money they got from the option buyers after FRC is suspended.

• 101802833 : Did you sell calls and puts prior to FRC's suspension? If so, you can pocket the premium you have sold those options for, without any fear of the call and put buyers exercising their options against you. Ie, if you have sold 1 call and 1 put option for 2 dollar each, you can regard your profit as 4 dollars without doing anything else.

• 101802833 104232243 : Yes I have made another post regarding this. The main issue was due to the fact that the move to OTC was only in a matter of days , instead of weeks/months like I anticipated. The scenario I mapped out was based on my expectation that the OTC move will not happen this early and the puts you sold will expire worthless and you get to keep the premium. However, since the move occurs now, the puts you sold did not expire like I expected and people are able to exercise their options before the their expiry.
