On December 29, the Internet revealed a set of spy photos of NIO's new SUV model. The new model may be named “NIO ES7.” The new car is expected to be built on the NIO NT2.0 platform. The body size will be between ES6/ES8, and it will also use the “observation tower” lidar and two high-position camera layouts. The media speculate that the ES7 may be announced at the Beijing Auto Show in April next year and be delivered in the second half of the year. Previously, Li Bin said that 3 new NT2.0 models will be delivered in 2022, which are expected to be ET7/ET5/ES7.

NIO announced today that it has completed its previously announced market offering (“Market Offer”) of American Depositary Shares (“ADS”), with each American Depositary Share representing one share of the Company's Class A common stock. Through market-price sales, the Company has sold 53,292,401 shares of American Depositary Receipts and raised total revenue of $2 billion, net of approximately $26 million in commissions paid to distribution agents and certain issuance fees. The Company currently plans to use the net proceeds from market-price sales to further strengthen its balance sheet and for general corporate purposes.
