First trade of 2022 is actually same as the first trade I ever made on moomoo which was $Airbnb (ABNB.US)$. Travel will continue to rise in the coming months once Omicron starts to subside, and I expect $Airbnb (ABNB.US)$ to ride the wave up as time goes by. It will definitely not be immediate, but I’m willing to bide my time for that post-pandemic travel boom to come.

I always thought $Sea (SE.US)$ was a very interesting company that had a fast rising stock even though it seemed to be continually running at a loss.
Decided to buy into it, but did not expect its current stock behaviour. Stock seems to be continually shorting over the past few weeks, which defintely is not for the faint of heart. Seeing the current behaviour, I expect ot might be a while before I am back in the green. In the meantime, time to stomach this long time in the red. Hope those who believe in $Sea (SE.US)$ are buying the dip!

I only started trading very recently, was using robo-investors before this. I have seen a lot of opportunities go by (e.g $Sea (SE.US)$ , $Tesla (TSLA.US)$ etc.) and even the recent healthcare boom due to the advent of the vaccines for COVID.
However, I am strong believer in the market almost always trending upwards. And as some people say its better to start late than to not start at all. The current time is still a good time to invest with a lot of companies making a post pandemic recovery (I already have made some substantial gains with stocks like $Airbnb (ABNB.US)$ already). So to all moo-ers old or new, I hope that we can ride this recovery wave together and not focus too much on what couldve been. Too the moon!

Decided to buy $Airbnb (ABNB.US)$  for my first trade in the US market. With international travel returning I can see potential for growth of this stock over the long run. Hoping for a bump come Thursday!
