I will always remember the day when I analysed my first S-REIT, after previously only knowing the M-REIT universe.
It was then I applied the same mantra to finding great REITs to invest - growth of NAV and DPU PER UNIT.
That translates into 2 key moving parts - not only the core operations need to be great, but acquisitions need to be executed with masterstroke...

$SoFi Technologies (SOFI.US)$ Added more to the game. I rather invest in a company where the CEO is having a skin in the game. Anthony Noto never sell his stock. He even mass purchased it when the price is at $6. Looking far ahead, the current load up will be a slingshot for the future where the stock is above $50. of course invest at your own means.
