the 5.8% is just for 1st month then reverts back to normal rate around 3.8%.  also pls note you should get the coupon forst then transfer in new funds then apply coupon then invest ktherwise undint get tge 5.8%.
the us cso fund pays higher than fullerton without so much headache but note u need to change sgd > usd otherwise u r using margin which in usd costs u 4.6% / annum so most benefit gone.  the exchange rates provided are also quite horrible, ab...
