Ricky138 : yes i agree. dividend may not be as good as last year. should take profit first before results are out. The drop will be very fast and but the rise will not be too spectular even if results are extraordinary. The price has risen from 11+ to 18+ in only 1 mths+

Ricky138 : The rationale is that they used cash to redeem the MCB to reduce the interest which is good in the longer run. But in the shorter run, lesser cash on hand to give more dividend to SH. So shares price do not increase as all investors only look at current. Not all shareholders are long term. mostly are in it for the up and out when its down
