What time did everyone go to bed yesterday?  Are there any friends who waited for it to open?  I didn't wait. I was so shocked to see the opening price the next day!

$Tesla (TSLA.US)$ $Twitter (Delisted) (TWTR.US)$ Musk was probably  going to sell  anyway. He has a $15 Billion tax bill coming  up and as he says, "I have no money, only stock".
Musk was awarded options in 2012 as part of a compensation plan.
Because he doesn’t take a salary or cash bonus, his wealth comes from stock awards and the gains in Tesla’s share price. The 2012 award was for 22.8 Million shares at a strike price of $6.24 per share.
Tesla shares closed at $1,222.09 on Friday, meaning his profit on the shares total just under $28 billion.
If I could acquire Tesla stock at $6.24 a share, and sell at its current  price  of  $1,222, I  would be thrilled to pay the tax.
Of course, I would have to tighten my belt a  bit being that after paying the tax, I would "only" have $13 Billion  left.
P.S.  In March 2018, Tesla’s board of directors granted him a  “CEO Performance Award” of 101.3 million stock options.
Lets see, 101.3 million x $1,222 =???
To top that  off, last month, in a 10 day period, the value  his stock holdings went UP over  $40 billion.

Fundamental analysis is the first thing to look at when deciding to hit the trade button. As long as the management of the company got a clear direction and control over their long term plan the. its a buy for me. $Uphealth (UPH.US)$ and $Very Good Food (VGFC.US)$ are my recent buys. However in the world full of uncertainty, it's really hard to just use fundamental analysis to decide whether to buy or let go.
Along the trading way, I do believe that the term " buy on news and sell on news" is the reality. For example, as much as i love the prospects of Chinese tech Companies like $DiDi Global (Delisted) (DIDI.US)$, i really concern about the new direction by CCP gov. Whatever thing, that come out from an official, would make the stock fluctuate so much $Futu Holdings Ltd (FUTU.US)$ . It's hard to predict the future, so be positive and patient, do the analysis and study the news before hitting the trade button!
