squalolo : I personally feel that $Sea (SE.US)$ is still overpriced. no doubt that earnings have improved and costs have been reduced, it is not 100% reliant on e commerce, shopee. they need to find ways to get back market share on their digital entertainment and finance, which lost a huge part in previous quarter. road to profitability, but for now I believe it is still overpriced

squalolo : there are a couple of ways to increase your disposable incomes.
- side hustles
starting an e-commerce store, part time gigs, etc
- passive investing
dividend stocks, putting your money in high interest accounts, options
- property
renting units
but personally something that holds dearly to me is to live within your means. buying a $2 kopi instead of $7 daily saves you so much money. of course, it's good to pamper yourself once in a while as long as you don't overspend.

agree with the tips. not all companies suffer from rising interest rates. have to do our own research and find opportunity!

squalolo : did not really find good opportunities because I believe that the stocks in my watchlist are still overpriced. I don't know When's the bottom but I'm gonna continue dollar cost averaging into good stocks and eventually get there. but one key indicator I see is the 52 weeks low, of course applying to good companies with good fundamentals and cash flow

squalolo : I'm definitely a tortoise! I am very low risk tolerance and am slow to following trends and results. however I strongly believe in long term investment, not to be too greedy with the growth. because my idea is to generate wealth for the long term without caring about ups n downs. invest in good stocks / etfs, and eventually accumulate your wealth to beat inflation :)
