Today the hedge funds spun a Form 144 Filing into FALSE news that Ryan Cohen sold. Ryan has NOT sold.
The SEC requires a party with a 10% or greater stake in a company to file a bunch of disclosures including the Form 144 (when the party wants the OPTION to sell shares within a 90 day window).
I repeat Ryan has NOT sold. This FALSE news is a ploy by hedge funds to shake out weak hands.

$AMC Entertainment (AMC.US)$ I keep wondering why Apes are so obsessed with AMC. I mean, there’re so many other good companies out there with superb profitability and potential. AMC has neither. Personally I think people holding it still dream about price blowing up by this imaginary moass. Some people made a quick buck last year and the rest are now left holding a gigantic piece of you know what. I’m no hedge fund, just an average guy but I’m shorting it.
