$iShares 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF (TLT.US)$ Buy this and watch if US people can sustain house prices are high plus yield more than 4.38-5% in long term. If can sustain is good we will have 4% return in dividend if cannot it goes down then we will have 4% dividend plus price differences or any recession happen. 😇
