KSL从去年8月业绩出炉后到现在8个月，股价翻倍。虽然涨了不少，PE估值也只有4.30倍。FY2023财政年得到3高，营业额历史新高，净利润历史新高以及净现金历史新高。
股价已经涨到接近9年新高，但是也已经接近9年没有派发股息。假设愿意派25％的盈利也就是10分做股息，市场应该会疯狂。
4月30号也就是今天，KSL宣布以RM211.58 mil买进183.3323的地皮，地点是Mukim Pulai，Johor Bahru。过去半年南马是产业的最旺的州属，数据中心的大趋势也带动南马经济，因此产业领域有望继续被带动。
我始终认为，假设KSL愿意派发5分股息的话，估值至少可以6倍以上。管理层有能力派发但不要派，股东也无法做什么。幸运的是，持股的投资者们过去1年在股价上赚不少。共勉。
