$Nextech AR Solutions Corp. (NEXCF.US)$  why dumping ? only @ $600k private placement; very negligible, basically no impact to the float. Moreover with $12m funding from VCI is good news for scaling NEXTECH's businesses. This funding will last till seeing cash flow positive for the company imo.
