$Palantir (PLTR.US)$ PLTR is performing a lot better than I had expected in a sell off today. tested my breakout trendline and still above it. We should retest 5EMA again and hopefully it breaks and go up to retest 20EMA or even 20SMA. Which is my take profit point of 22.5 and the gap cover at 23.98.
It should hold above my trend line this week due to shorter trading hours, however the real issue comes next week if this sell off continues to become a full blown correction for the indexes. The main reason I entered PLTR was firstly, it had a MACD regular bullish divergence. Secondly, it broke my downtrend line. Lastly, it was at bottom of 20.05 support which was bottom of consolidation zone and did not break it. Thus the risk to reward was far too good to miss out.
We will see if this does hold and goes up for a rebound.
