Based on the upcoming operation of the new factory in the USA, profit growth is expected to be driven and operational environment to improve.We maintain a "buy" rating for Supermax (7106, main board medical care), and the target price has been revised from 1.15 Ringgit to 1.45 Ringgit.
With the proposal by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in the USA to include nitrile gloves in the payment adjustment plan under medical insurance and medical assistance programs starting from January 1, 2026, Supermax, which is set to operate a new factory in the USA, is expected to be a major beneficiary.
We expect the new factory in the USA to commence operations in January this year, and the production lines will be gradually put into production, driving Supermax's performance, especially after the 3rd quarter of the fiscal year 2025.
