Every doctor in Singapore practised in a similar way and it is super naive to think that any clinic can direct the doctors to behave in an unethical way. No clinic or person has the power to direct an individual doctor on how to practice. It does not take long to identify an illness and write a certificate like a minute to describe cold or gastro...
