going all in to me is the better approach. rather than keep liquid assets in less productive investment, deploying it immediately avoids trying to time the market and risk losing out of potential gains. any risks is mitigated if one is taking a long term view.

long weekends are best spent at nearby getaways. Malaysia is always one of the favorite. weekend at JB or a long weekend in KL or even Penang is a good way to recharge without hurting the pocket. Longer breaks in 2025 will be spent in Perth and Taipei. Maybe squeeze in a trip to Shanghai as well.
It will be the vineyards in Perth and the street food in Taipei. And for Shanghai, the over the top nightlife.
