$Intel (INTC.US)$ What I never hear from Pat "the Mouth" Pat Gelsinger is what is his plan to attract the best and brightest to work for Intel. Because of it's corporate culture it no longer is a place that attracts the best talent. So Pat can say all he wants about committing to billions to build new fabs but without the talent they will continue to fall further behind $Taiwan Semiconductor (TSM.US)$ , $Advanced Micro Devices (AMD.US)$ , and $NVIDIA (NVDA.US)$ . Basically, their problem is not money but intellectual talent. That said, I did buy back INTC at $51.10 in after hours trading today. At this price, it likely has 20% upside over the next 12 months plus the dividend. Keep an eye out for AMD's earning after the bell Tuesday. This might knock it down another $2 and if there's a couple of down days in the market I will look to add more at $48 (as predicted about 6 months ago.)
