In the third quarter, AMC theaters reported revenue of $763 million, up 536% from a year earlier. The net loss was $224 million, compared with a net loss of $906 million in the same period last year.
By business segment, AMC Theaters generated $425 million in ticket revenue in the third quarter, compared with $62.9 million a year earlier. Food and beverage sales revenue of $265 million, compared to $29.1 million in the same period last year; Other income was $72.9 million, compared with $27.5 million in the same period last year.
